Fish And Shrimp Salad

  1. Cook shrimp.
  2. Combine water, onion and condiments in 3 to 4 quart casserole.
  3. Wrap fish in double cheesecloth.
  4. Bring to boil over high heat.
  5. Simmer on low 8 to 10 minutes (save broth).
  6. Cut up shrimp; flake fish.
  7. Add veggies.
  8. Beat lemon juice and oil. Stirring constantly, add 2/3 cup of broth, tomato paste and pepper. Toss and let marinate for 30 minutes.
  9. Makes 8 first course servings.
