Ribs, Sauerkraut And Dumplings

  1. Cut ribs into serving size portions.
  2. Place ribs in 3-quart baking dish.
  3. In bowl, combine sauerkraut, water, brown sugar and caraway seed.
  4. Spoon over ribs.
  5. Cover and bake at 350u0b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
  6. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Beat egg and add milk.
  7. Add egg mixture to dry ingredients and stir with a fork just until combined.
  8. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto hot sauerkraut and rib mixture.
  9. Cover and return to oven for 20 minutes.
  10. If desired, garnish with fresh parsley.
