Best Yet Spinach Dip
- 1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
- 1 pkg. green peas and carrots, thawed
- 7 medium radishes
- 1 pkg. dry vegetable soup mix
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 c. Kraft mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. dry minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 1/2 tsp. each salt and black pepper or to taste
- Run hot water over spinach in bowl; drain, squeezing out excess water.
- Thaw peas and carrots with hot water; drain. Quarter the radishes, then half each quarter.
- Mix all these ingredients in a large bowl and sprinkle with dry soup mix.
- Dump in sour cream and mayonnaise.
- Put next 5 ingredients on top of mayonnaise and begin to stir into mayonnaise, stirring and mixing well.
- Cover and chill at least 3 hours before serving.
- Before serving, stir well again and put into serving bowl.
- Surround with wheat thins, Triscuits, Ritz crackers, Melba rounds or Frito Scoops.
