Curried Chicken And Broccoli
- 4 whole chicken breasts, cooked
- 2 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1/3 grated American cheese
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
- Skin and bone cooked chicken breasts.
- Place broccoli in casserole and top with slices of chicken meat.
- Combine undiluted soups with mayonnaise, milk, cheese, lemon juice and curry.
- Pour over chicken and sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes.
- Check after 30 minutes.
- This dish may be frozen before baking.
- To serve, return to room temperature and bake.
- Serves 8.
