Salmon Fillets With Crabmeat Patties

  1. In nonstick pan sprayed with no-fat cooking oil, saute onion, bell pepper and garlic until just limp.
  2. In mixing bowl, crumble crabmeat; add onion mixture, egg white, bouillon, salt, pepper and hot sauce, if desired.
  3. Add crushed saltines and liquid butter as needed to make patties.
  4. Place salmon fillets in baking dish and top with crabmeat patties.
  5. Sprinkle with paprika and top with lemon.
  6. Bake in preheated 350u0b0 oven for approximately 15 minutes or until salmon flakes and patties are browned.
  7. Serves 2.
