Applesauce Spice Cake

• 1 c. unsweetened applesauce
• 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
• 1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. oil
• 1/4 c. unsweetened apple juice
• 1 egg, beaten
• 2 tsp. Watkins vanilla extract
• 1/2 tsp. Watkins butter flavor
• 1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 2 tsp. Watkins pumpkin pie spice
• vegetable cooking spray
• 1/2 c. powdered sugar
• 1/8 tsp. Watkins cinnamon
• 2 to 3 tsp. unsweetened apple juice

1. Combine the first 7 ingredients in large bowl; beat at medium speed until well blended.
2. Combine flour and the next 3 ingredients; stir well.
3. Add to applesauce mixture, stirring until well blended.
4. Pour batter into a Bundt pan coated with cooking spray.
5. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 to 35 minutes, or until cake tests done.
6. Cool in pan for 10 minutes; remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack.
