Jane'S Hot Crab-Artichoke Dip
- 1 large green bell pepper, chopped fine
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 (14 oz.) cans Progresso artichoke hearts, drained and diced
- 2 c. or more mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. chopped green onions
- 1/2 c. pimento, drained and chopped
- 1 c. fresh Parmesan, grated
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 jalapenos, chopped
- 1 tsp. celery salt
- 1 lb. or 3 cans fancy jumbo crab meat, drained and shell removed
- Saute pepper in oil over medium heat.
- Mix in pepper, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, green onions, pimento, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, jalapenos and celery salt.
- Stir in crab and spoon into a buttered casserole dish. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in a 375u0b0 oven.
