Bundt Coffee Cake(Best With No Substitutions)
- 1 -18 1/2 oz. box Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe Butter Recipe Golden Cake mix
- 2 tsp. almond extract
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. sugar and 2 Tbsp. cinnamon mixed together
- 3/4 c. Wesson canola oil
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 8 oz. Breakstone fat-free sour cream
- Pam cooking spray
- Confectioners sugar 10X
- Preheat oven to 325u0b0.
- Spray bundt pan with Pam and dust with confectioners sugar.
- Mix together cake mix, sugar, oil, eggs, sour cream, almond and vanilla extract.
- Blend well.
- Pour half of the batter into the bundt pan.
- Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon mixture over the batter and add the remaining batter.
- Bake at 325u0b0 for one hour and 10 minutes.
- Cool 10 minutes in pan.
- Remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack.
- Sprinkle cooled cake with confectioners sugar.
- Store covered in refrigerator.
