A-B-C Casserole

  1. Brown hamburger with chopped onion.
  2. Drain off fat.
  3. Peel and slice potatoes.
  4. In large casserole, begin covering bottom with part of cooked hamburger-onion mixture.
  5. Follow with a layer of raw potatoes, sprinkle parsley, salt and pepper on potatoes. Spoon on 1/2 of can of vegetable soup, add a layer of hamburger, then more sliced potatoes and then rest of vegetable soup.
  6. Put last of hamburger on top and pour mushroom soup over all.
  7. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350u0b0, until potatoes are tender.
  8. Frozen vegetables may be added with vegetable soup.
