White Clam Sauce
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 cans minced clams with juice
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. thyme
- parsley
- salt
- pepper
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 3 c. Italian bread
- 1/4 c. or 1 small jar roasted peppers, drained and chopped
- 1/4 c. sliced black olives
- 1/4 c. fresh basil
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
- 1 lb. thin spaghetti
- 1 unpeeled zucchini, diced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 large bottle Viva Italian dressing
- 1 jar McCormick Salad Supreme seasoning (A & P and Almcas carry it)*
- *This is the most important ingredient.
