Chicken Divan Pie

  1. Dip meat in flour.
  2. Brown quickly and remove to warm platter. Stir bouillon, water and wine into skillet. Add juice of 1 lemon and grated lemon peel. Return turkey to pan and simmer 20 to 30 minutes until tender.
  3. Garnish platter with lemon slices and parsley.
