Shipwreck

  1. Layer the potatoes, onions, celery and rice in a large greased casserole, salting each layer.
  2. Season ground chuck with onion and garlic salts, cumin, chili powder, pepper and salt to taste and egg.
  3. Mix well and pat layer of meat over the vegetables.
  4. Add kidney beans.
  5. Spread the tomato soup.
  6. Bake, covered, at 350u0b0 for 1 1/2 hours, uncovering during the last 30 minutes.
