Monkey Bread
- 2 (10 oz.) canned biscuits
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. nuts (optional)
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. oil (I use 2/3 c.)
- 1/2 c. milk
- 3 eggs (I use Egg Beaters)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 large box vanilla instant pudding (dry)
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- Use what is left in the bowl and add oil, milk, eggs and vanilla.
- Mix thoroughly.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, baking soda, pudding mix and nuts. Add to mixture and mix thoroughly.
- Pour into 2 large loaf pans or one Bundt pan, well-greased and sugared (mixture of sugar and cinnamon).
- Sprinkle some cinnamon sugar on top also.
- Bake at 325u0b0 for 1 hour or more, depending on your oven.
- Enjoy.
