Peanut Butter Fudge Cake
- 2 eggs
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 1/3 c. cocoa
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. flour (plain)
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 c. creamy peanut butter
- 1 tsp. salad oil
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 3 Tbsp. buttermilk
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Bake cake in 13 x 9-inch pan.
- In saucepan heat butter, buttermilk, water, cocoa and vanilla.
- Cook over medium heat. Stir occasionally until mixture comes to a boil.
- In another bowl mix sugar, flour, soda and eggs.
- Pour hot mixture over dry ingredients.
- Mix well, pour into pan and bake on 350u0b0 for 25 minutes.
