Rich Cinnamon-Chip Scones

  1. Preheat oven to 400u0b0. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in baking chips. Whisk 1 cup cream and egg; stir into crumb mixture just until moistened.
