Raspberry Glazed Ham

  1. Score ham in diamond pattern, if desired.
  2. Place on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.
  3. Insert meat thermometer.
  4. Bake, uncovered, in 325u0b0 oven 1 3/4 hours or until meat thermometer registers 140u0b0. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, blend wine and lemon juice into cornstarch.
  5. Add about half of the jam.
  6. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
  7. Stir in the remaining jam and butter or margarine.
  8. Heat and stir until butter is melted.
  9. Brush ham with raspberry glaze.
  10. Bake 10 minutes more.
  11. Spoon remaining glaze over ham.
  12. Transfer to heated serving platter.
  13. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
