Ham Spaghetti Casserole
- 7 oz. cooked spaghetti
- 2 c. cubed cooked ham
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- Heat oven to 325u0b0.
- Cook spaghetti as directed on package. Drain.
- Mix spaghetti, ham, sour cream, soup, mushrooms, onion, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour into ungreased baking dish, 11 x 3/4 x 7-inches.
- Mix bread crumbs and butter.
- Mix 1/2 cup cheese and the buttered bread crumbs. Sprinkle in diagonal rows over casserole.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese between rows. Bake about 30 minutes.
