Pumpkin Turkey Chili

  1. In a Dutch oven, cook the turkey, yellow pepper, onion and garlic in oil over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 1-1/2 hours or until chili reaches desired thickness.
