Surprising Pumpkin Cake

• 4 eggs
• 1 c. vegetable oil
• 2 c. canned pumpkin
• 1 c. all-bran
• 2 c. flour
• 2 tsp. baking powder
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
• 1/4 tsp. allspice
• 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
• 2 c. sugar
• 1 c. chocolate chips
• 1 c. Grape-Nuts
• 1 c. confectioners sugar
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla
• 1 Tbsp. milk

1. Beat the eggs until they are well mixed.
2. Add the oil, pumpkin and all-bran and mix well.
3. Add all remaining ingredients, except the chocolate chips and Grape-Nuts and mix well.
4. Stir in the chips and Grape-Nuts.
5. Pour into a greased Bundt pan and bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350u0b0.
