Organic Garden Vegetable Soup

  1. Place bones in a large pot. Cut meat in cubes and place in pot with bones. Add water and spices; simmer 1 1/2 hours.
  2. Add tomatoes and all vegetables which have been washed, peeled and diced. Add rest of seasoning. Cook another 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Remove bones before serving.
  3. Yields 25 servings.
