Horseradish Meat Loaf
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 3/4 c. regular oats (uncooked)
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1/4 c. milk
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. horseradish
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. horseradish
- 2 tsp. spicy brown mustard
- Combine first 9 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well.
- Form beef mixture into a loaf and place in a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Combine catsup, brown sugar, horseradish and mustard in a small bowl.
- Spoon half of catsup mixture over top of meat loaf.
- Bake, uncovered, at 375u0b0 for 45 minutes.
- Spoon remaining catsup mixture over top of meat loaf and bake an additional 10 minutes.
