Tacos

  1. Make Beef Filling:
  2. Saute onion and garlic in the 2 tablespoons of oil until soft, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until brown.
  4. Add tomato, oregano, salt and pepper.
  5. Cook, stirring frequently, about 10 minutes or until thick and heated thoroughly.
