Veggie Chili

  1. Chop coarsely all vegetables and steam until just tender. Saute garlic and onions in sprayed skillet until clear.
  2. Remove and brown all meat.
  3. Place all ingredients into a covered roaster and stir.
  4. (Crock-pots may also be used.) Roaster:
  5. Bake at 250u0b0 for 4 to 5 hours.
  6. Crock-pot:
  7. Low, 8 to 10 hours.
