Turkey Meatball Stroganoff(Low-Fat)

  1. Combine turkey, crushed croutons and garlic powder.
  2. Form into balls.
  3. Spray large skillet with nonfat cooking spray.
  4. Brown turkey balls on all sides.
  5. Remove and drain on paper towels to remove the fat.
  6. In the same skillet, cook the onions until tender in 2 tablespoons liquid Butter Buds (if needed).
  7. There might be enough moisture left in the pan from the turkey.
  8. Add the mushrooms and flour; stir in the broth and water.
  9. Boil.
  10. Return the turkey balls to the skillet; heat, but do not boil.
  11. Simmer, uncovered, about 15 to 20 minutes.
  12. Stir in yogurt, but do not boil.
  13. Serve turkey balls and sauce over cooked linguine.
  14. Serves 6.
