Tostada Pizza

  1. Generously grease
  2. a
  3. 12-inch pizza pan.
  4. Sprinkle with cornmeal.
  5. In bowl, combine
  6. biscuit
  7. mix and the 1/2 cup cold water.
  8. Stir with
  9. fork
  10. until dough follows fork around bowl. Turn out on lightly floured surface; knead 5 or 6 times.
  11. Roll to 14 inch circle;
  12. pat into prepared pizza pan.
  13. Crimp edges.
