Yeast Raised Waffles

  1. Combine first 8 ingredients in bowl and blend in egg yolks. Beat whites and cream of tartar in another bowl until stiff, but not dry.
  2. Fold 1/4 whites into batter.
  3. Fold in remaining whites.
