Sausage Ham Loaves

  1. In a several large bowls, combine the eggs, milk, bread crumbs and pepper. Crumble ham and pork over mixture and mix well.
  2. Shape into four loaves; place each in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes.
  3. In a large saucepan, combine the glaze ingredients. Bring to a boil; cook and stir until sugar is dissolved. Pour 1/2 cup over each ham loaf; bake for 30 minutes.
  4. Pour remaining glaze over loaves; bake 5-10 minutes longer or until a thermometer reads 160u0b0. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
