Beef Kabobs
- 2 lb. beef chunks
- 2/3 c. oil
- 1/2 c. wine red or wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 24 small precooked potatoes (canned)
- 24 whole mushrooms (canned)
- 24 cherry tomatoes
- 6 green bell peppers, quartered
- Cut meat into 2-inch cubes.
- Combine all other ingredients, except for vegetables, and mix well.
- Pour over meat; refrigerate several hours or overnight.
- One hour before cooking kabobs, place the vegetables (precooked (precooked potatoes, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and bell peppers) in with the meat.
- Put on skewers; cook on grill.
