Beef Kabobs

  1. Cut meat into 2-inch cubes.
  2. Combine all other ingredients, except for vegetables, and mix well.
  3. Pour over meat; refrigerate several hours or overnight.
  4. One hour before cooking kabobs, place the vegetables (precooked (precooked potatoes, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and bell peppers) in with the meat.
  5. Put on skewers; cook on grill.
