  1. Fry the chicken and veal in hot oil until cooked, about 5 minutes.
  2. Discard all the grease.
  3. Now, add the fresh garlic and parsley and return to heat.
  4. Stir to pick up flavors for about 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and add all spices; stir and add butter and let melt.
  6. Return to low heat and add your marinara sauce and grated cheese and stir.
  7. While all this is happening, have a pot of water on the stove ready to cook your pasta.
  8. Cook pasta to desired softness.
  9. Strain and add to mixture.
  10. Heat about 1 minute while stirring.
  11. Remove from heat and spoon onto ovensafe plate and top with Mozzarella cheese.
  12. Place under broiler for about 1 minute; remove and enjoy.
  13. Serves 2.
