Pasta Fasoli Soup(Low-Fat)

  1. Brown turkey or beef in large pot.
  2. Add onion and saute.
  3. Add tomatoes, Ro-Tel, bouillon cubes, celery, carrots and seasonings; simmer 20 minutes.
  4. Cook macaroni al dente (firm).
  5. Add beans to soup mixture; simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Add pasta; allow to stand, covered, for a few minutes before serving.
  7. A cup of water may be added to achieve correct consistency.
  8. This is adapted from the soup served at the Olive Garden.
