Lasagna(Meat And Cheese)

  1. Fry beef off with onions.
  2. Remove fat.
  3. Add tomatoes, paste, sugar, salt, oregano, thyme, garlic salt and bay leaf.
  4. Heat mixture to a boil.
  5. Stir and break up tomatoes.
  6. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Discard bay leaf and spoon off any fat on top of sauce.
  8. Cook lasagna noodles as directed; drain well.
  9. Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking dish and preheat oven to 375u0b0.
  10. Lay noodles in bottom of dish overlapping each other.
  11. In a small bowl ,mix eggs and Ricotta.
  12. Spoon 1/2 of mixture over noodles.
  13. Sprinkle on a layer of Mozzarella.
  14. Spread sauce over mixture, then repeat layers.
  15. Bake for about 45 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes.
