Chocolate Chip Peppermint Biscotti

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and extract. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder and salt; gradually beat into creamed mixture. Stir in crushed candies and chocolate chips.
