Paella Casserole(Chicken, Shrimp, Sausage And Rice)

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0 (176u0b0C).
  2. In a Dutch oven, lightly saute garlic in oil over moderate heat.
  3. Remove garlic.
  4. Brown chicken in same oil.
  5. When brown, set chicken aside.
  6. Add rice to oil; stir until browned.
  7. Dissolve saffron in chicken stock (hot), then add all ingredients together, except shrimp and clams.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes.
  9. Arrange shrimp and clams on top; bake for an extra 10 minutes.
