Sam'S Pound Cake With Apricot Brandy

  1. Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  3. Combine dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture.
  4. Combine sour cream with flavorings and brandy; add to cake batter and mix well.
  5. Bake in a large, well-greased and floured tube pan at 325u0b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
  6. Let cool in pan before removing.
