Shanghai Party Pleasers

  1. Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
  2. In medium saucepan, combine brown sugar, cornstarch and ginger; mix well.
  3. Add combined pineapple juice, water, 1/4 cup pineapple and margarine; mix well. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat; reduce heat.
  4. Simmer about 1 minute, stirring frequently or until sauce is thickened and clear. Set aside.
  5. Heat oven to 400u0b0.
  6. Lightly spray rack of 13 x 9-inch baking pan with vegetable oil cooking spray or oil lightly. Combine turkey, oat bran, yogurt, water chestnuts, onions, soy sauce, egg white, ginger, salt and remaining pineapple; mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls.
  7. Place on prepared rack.
  8. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Serve with pineapple sauce.
