Spinach Bake(Servings: 8)

  1. After cooking spinach, drain and reserve liquid.
  2. Melt butter; add flour, then onion.
  3. Add evaporated milk and some liquid slowly.
  4. Stir constantly until smooth and thick; add seasoning. Cut up cheese and melt.
  5. After melted, add spinach; put into casserole and cover with buttered bread crumbs.
  6. Improves taste by making a day ahead.
  7. Can be frozen.
