Meat Loaf

  1. Spray large skillet lightly with Pam or Baker's Joy.
  2. Saute vegetables until soft and water has evaporated.
  3. Set aside to cool in large mixing bowl!
  4. Measure herb and seasonings.
  5. Blend together and add to vegetables.
  6. Next, add ketchup, egg substitute and milk, followed by meat and finally the oat bran.
  7. Mix well and form into 1 or 2 loaves.
  8. Place in a baking pan and bake 50 to 55 minutes in a 350u0b0 oven.
