Hearty Meatball Sub Sandwiches

  1. In a large bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into 1-in. balls. Place in a single layer in a 3-qt. microwave-safe dish.
  2. Cover and microwave on high for 3-4 minutes. Turn meatballs; cook 3-4 minutes longer or until no longer pink. Drain. Add spaghetti sauce.
  3. Cover and microwave on high for 2-4 minutes or until heated through. If desired, top with additional cheese and sliced onion and green peppers. Serve on rolls.
