Swedish Meat Balls

  1. Combine all ingredients except the soup, sour cream and salt and pepper and blend well.
  2. Cover bowl and store in refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  3. Shape into small balls about the size of a quarter.
  4. Use bacon grease to fry meat balls. When all meat balls are browned, return meat balls to skillet.
  5. Turn heat down low and add the soup and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cook until mixture is heated through.
  7. Serve in chafing dish.
