Lasagne

  1. Brown meat and spoon off fat.
  2. Add next 5 ingredients.
  3. Simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
  4. Cook noodles.
  5. Beat eggs.
  6. Add remaining ingredients except Mozzarella.
  7. Layer 1/2 the noodles in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish; spread 1/2 cottage cheese filling and 1/2 the Mozzarella and 1/2 the meat sauce.
  8. Repeat layers. Bake at 375u0b0 for 30 minutes (or fix early and refrigerate).
  9. Bake 45 minutes.
  10. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
  11. Serves 8 to 12.
