Pork'S Red Chili Stir-Fry

  1. Heat oil in heavy frypan; add pork strips and garlic.
  2. Cook and stir until lightly browned.
  3. Add green beans; stir-fry until beans and pork are done, about 5 minutes.
  4. Push meat and beans to one side of pan.
  5. Add sugar, soy sauce, chili peppers and ginger. Stir to dissolve sugar.
  6. Add oil and vinegar.
  7. Stir pork and beans into the mixture to coat.
  8. Serve immediately.
  9. Serves 4.
