Pork'S Red Chili Stir-Fry
- 1 lb. lean boneless pork loin, cut into thin slices
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3/4 lb. fresh green beans, cut into 2-inch lengths
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 2 small red chili peppers, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp. shredded fresh ginger
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 tsp. rice wine vinegar
- Heat oil in heavy frypan; add pork strips and garlic.
- Cook and stir until lightly browned.
- Add green beans; stir-fry until beans and pork are done, about 5 minutes.
- Push meat and beans to one side of pan.
- Add sugar, soy sauce, chili peppers and ginger. Stir to dissolve sugar.
- Add oil and vinegar.
- Stir pork and beans into the mixture to coat.
- Serve immediately.
- Serves 4.
