Country Baked Chicken

  1. Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch dish.
  2. Coat chicken with seasoned flour.
  3. Arrange in single layer in melted buttered casserole skin side down and bake uncovered at 400u0b0 for 30 minutes.
  4. Turn pieces and bake 20 minutes more until nicely browned.
  5. Pour off excess fat.
  6. Combine milk, soup, cheese, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
  7. Add onions and mushrooms to chicken.
  8. Pour milk mixture over all. Sprinkle with paprika.
  9. Cover with foil and continue baking 30 minutes more at 350u0b0.
