Easy Vegetable Lasagne

  1. Cook lasagne noodles as package directs.
  2. Saute celery, green pepper, onion and mushrooms in small amount of water.
  3. Mix vegetables and olives with sauce.
  4. Put half drained noodles in 13 x 9-inch casserole.
  5. Add half vegetable-sauce mixture.
  6. Add cottage cheese by spoonfuls to casserole.
  7. Add remainder of noodles.
  8. Top with remaining sauce.
  9. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  10. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
  11. Serves 10 to 12.
