Egg And Sausage Bake(Microwave)

  1. Crumble sausage into 2-quart casserole.
  2. Add green pepper and onion.
  3. Microwave at High 3 to 6 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
  4. Break sausage into small pieces; drain well.
  5. Spread in 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
  6. Set aside.
  7. Beat egg, milk, salt and pepper in 2-quart casserole.
  8. Reduce power to 50%.
  9. Microwave 5 to 9 minutes or until eggs are set but still very moist, stirring every 2 minutes.
  10. Pour eggs over sausage.
  11. Sprinkle cheeses
  12. over eggs.
  13. Cover with wax paper.
  14. Place an inverted saucer in oven. Microwave at 50% until center is set (10 to 12 minutes) but slightly moist on top, rotating 1/4 turn every 3 minutes.
  15. Let stand covered 5 minutes.
