Reuben Delight

  1. Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  2. Wash and drain sauerkraut and place in the baking dish evenly spread.
  3. Cook noodles, drain well and spread evenly over sauerkraut.
  4. Mix together soup, onions, mustard and milk.
  5. Pour over noodles evenly.
  6. Sprinkle cheese over noodles.
  7. Crumble corn beef evenly over cheese.
  8. Mix bread crumbs with melted butter and spread on top of corned beef. Bake at 250u0b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
  9. Take a fork and prick at 45 minutes.
