Grilled Marinated Sirloin

  1. In a small bowl, combine the first 10 ingredients. Pour half of the marinade into a large bowl. Add steak; turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for up to 4 hours. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade for basting.
  2. Lightly oil the grill rack. Grill steak, covered, over medium heat for 8-10 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a thermometer should read 135u0b0; medium, 140u0b0; medium-well, 145u0b0). Baste with reserved marinade during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
