Anna'S Easy Lasagna
- 3/4 lb. lean ground hamburger
- 1/3 lb. pork ground sausage
- 16 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 small curd cottage cheese (16 oz.)
- 1 (24 oz.) jar Ragu (with garlic and onions)
- 1 box wide lasagna noodles
- 1/4 c. water
- 8 oz. shredded sharp cheese
- 4 oz. Parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- In large pan, brown meat mixing together.
- Add whole jar Ragu sauce and water into meat.
- Take off stove.
- In 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish, put approximately half meat sauce.
- Begin layering uncooked lasagna noodles, cottage cheese, Mozzarella, then meat sauce and repeat layering, ending with cheese.
- Sprinkle remaining cheeses on top.
- Cover completely with foil.
- Bake 1 hour.
- My favorite add-in, sauteed button mushrooms.
