Pretzel Salad
- 2 c. crushed pretzels
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 10 oz. cool whip
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 small box strawberry Jello
- 1 small box lemon Jello
- 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
- 10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries
- 2 c. water
- Crush pretzels, and mix with melted butter and sugar.
- Press in bottom of 8 1/2x11 inch baking dish.
- Bake in preheated 400u0b0 oven for 8 minutes.
- Make sure it cooks completely.
- Mix cream cheese, cool whip, and powdered sugar.
- Spread over cooled pretzels.
- Boil water, and mix in Jello.
- Add pineapple and strawberries.
- Let cool and pour over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate.
- Cut into squares and serve.
- Serves 4-6.
