Grilled Sirloin With Chili-Beer Barbecue Sauce

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the first 10 ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 25-30 minutes or until thickened. Set aside 3/4 cup and keep warm.
  2. Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper. Grill steaks, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 in. from the heat for 9-13 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a thermometer should read 135u0b0; medium 140u0b0; medium-well, 145u0b0), basting occasionally with remaining sauce. Slice meat and serve with reserved sauce.
