Giblet Gravy(Power Level: Medium, 50% And High, 100%)

  1. Pour drippings in 4-cup measure or 1-quart casserole. Microwave on High (100%) for 30 to 45 seconds until bubbly.
  2. Mix together cornstarch, salt, pepper and water until smooth.
  3. Stir into drippings.
  4. Microwave on High (100%) for 4 to 6 minutes or until thickened.
  5. Stir occasionally to prevent lumps.
  6. Serve immediately over meat, potatoes or dressing.
